Social Welfare

Islamic Social Welfare & Assistance

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we offer social services and assistance to underprivileged members of society.

Our team is committed to supporting and uplifting our neighbours when called upon. As Muslims, this level of commitment to charity is an essential pillar of our faith. Being charitable and helping others are some of the most important features of the Muslim character.

Annual Keep Us Warm Campaign shares winter essentials with Windsorites in need.

Allah SWT says in the Holy Quran

"Those who in charity spend of their goods by night and by day, in secret and in public, have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve."

[Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 274]

Foster Care

Foster parents provide a temporary home for children who come under the care of the Children's Aid Society due to serious concerns such as family violence, negligence etc.

ISWA, in collaboration with the Children's Aid Society, is looking for Muslim foster/kinship homes. There is always a demand to have Muslim foster homes available when the need arises.

For those who feel qualified and ready to care for a Muslim child in need, please contact:
