Introducing Canada’s First Waqf (Endowment) Project Serving Seniors
The WIAF has been working diligently over the last decade to develop this groundbreaking project that is a golden opportunity for sadaqa jariyah:
- 5 new senior residential apartment buildings across from the Windsor Mosque
- 1250-1300 sq ft with large windows - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
- 30 spacious apartments – 6 per building
This project addresses the housing needs of our elders but also creates a long-term Waqf that will sustain the Masjid and fund many future community programs and projects for decades to come.
