Court is generally in session daily - Mondays to Fridays 10:00am-4:30pm - and is open to the general public; however, evidence has now concluded and the jury has been dismissed while counsel present legal arguments. The jury is now on-call until Friday or early next week to hear closing arguments. Court will not be in session on Monday November 13th in commemoration of Remembrance Day..

Members of the public are welcome to attend whenever possible, and do not have to stay for the entire day. Anyone is welcome to come in and leave whenever necessary, although it is favourable to wait for an appropriate break in the proceedings.

The trial is taking place at the Superior Court of Justice in downtown Windsor, in courtroom 1. The courthouse is just across the street from the police station.

Try your best to arrive early to allow time to go through security checkpoints and to have your personal belongings searched by security.

The Superior Court of Justice does not have a parking lot that is open to the public.
