Free city parking is available on Sundays inshaAllah. All circled parking lots are free parking spots reserved by WIA for all those attending Eid prayers! Please note that parking at the corner of college and California is private parking - not included in the mosques free parking spots.
Zakat al-Fitr this year is $15 and it is a mandatory charity given by able Muslims on behalf of themselves and their dependents, at the end of Ramadan and before Eid Prayer.
Zakat al-Mal is the obligatory charity that Muslims must pay every year to purify their wealth. It is calculated as 2.5% of your qualified wealth if you meet the nisab/minimum of $11,000 CAD.
